Now that I'm working on not noshing constantly during the day, I'm HUNGRY! Not outrageously hungry, no danger of becoming anorexic here, just really, really looking forward to suppers.
And thinking / planning them early in the day. Which is a good thing for our entire family, not to mention our limited budget!
So: tonight's supper (Tuesday):
~ Beer Bread (I have never seen this many positive reviews on Recipezaar: 443 and almost a 5-star rating!)
~ Chili
~ Veg on the side.
NOTE TO SELF: Grow more beans next year! I miss picking beans, eating beans. The few we do have have too much slug damage and there have only been a few. I sacrificed bean space for the corn, which was fun, but next year... back to beans!
