Menu Plan Monday #33: 8 Adar II, 5771

We’re a Jewish family of 6 (2 parents, 4 kids) and all our meals are kosher.  Read my MPM intro here or just visit my big ol’ list of Everything We Eat.  We eat mostly vegetarian, with one vegan meal every single week – on Vegan Vursday, of course!

Easy suppers all week as we gear up into Purim mode…

Monday:  Leftover bread-dough bread (hmm… or maybe, pizza?)

Tuesday (Ted off):   Fresh-salmon quesadillas because they were so yum last time

Wednesday:  Peppers in couscous, some kind of easy different chicken…

Thursday (Vegan Vursday!):   Oven-fried rice, with chinese veg and tofu

Shabbos:  Hmm…still have to think about that, or ask Ted what he wants.

Poppy Loaf Ring – same as last year.  In fact, I’m thinking of reprising last year’s entire menu, including “very plain lasagna, broccoli soup, birthday cake, ice cream.”  Nobody is having a birthday this year, so I may have to think of another dessert…
