Everywhere we go this summer, there are crepe stands making up the most amazing-looking crepes. Of course, the most tempting of all is the Nutella crepe… so I made them for the kids on Wednesday. They couldn’t believe their tastebuds. The wraps were mostly the same as my blintz leaves, but I used a bit of sugar and baking powder. And milk (when I’m making chicken or mushroom crepes, I usually make the leaves pareve).
Yum! Who needs those silly old trayfe crepe stands???
