Weird Craigslist Blip

I have noticed this for a while now:  why is toronto.craigslist.ca in GERMAN?  Have we been taken over and I just didn't know because I don't read newspapers???

 

It searches properly and everything... and it's only German on the front page.  Still; weird.  Crazy.
